Our Therapists

Jeffrey A. Lutz

In 2001, Jeffrey A. Lutz founded the Pain Treatment and Wellness Center to help those suffering from chronic muscular pain. Jeff is committed to help his clients, not only through therapy, but also to find simple and practical ways to feel better and experience less discomfort. From his own experience, Jeff truly understands that many chronic conditions take time to understand and treat effectively, which is why he always makes the time to listen.

Jeff also understands that everyone is unique and tailors therapy specifically to their condition. In saying that, he will also tell you the flip side and while he believes this therapy fills a large gap in the treatment of chronic pain, it will not be the end-all-be-all for everyone. In this way he recognizes the limits of the therapy and is not afraid to let a person know that it may not be suitable for their condition — and he will even do his best to get you to someone who can help.

Jennifer Snyder

After 10 years in active practice, Jen still feels passionate about helping people to achieve physical and mental wellbeing through massage therapy. Small in stature, Jen proves that size doesn’t always matter; her deep tissue massage keeps people returning month after month.

When she’s not busy relieving your aches and pains, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, going on flea market adventures (don’t tell her dogs), and performing weight training and pilates to keep her body strong.

Jen has a healthy and lighthearted attitude. She always ready with a smile to help you overcome the aches and pains of daily life.

Rebecca Simonsick

From the moment Rebecca Simonsick learned about triggerpoint therapy…she knew bodywork was her calling. She always had an interest in helping others better their quality of life; and reducing pain seemed like the perfect way to do just that.

She attended the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2008 and in 2013 the Institute for Medical Careers for Myofascial trigger Point Therapy in search of a more clinical approach to massage. Currently, Rebecca is on track to graduate as a physical therapy assistant in 2017 at California University of Pennsylvania. Active by nature, Rebecca is always on the move (see above.) Outside of the treatment room you can usually find her in the company of friends, kayaking, biking, swing dancing, cooking and crocheting.

You can feel at ease with Rebecca’s caring nature and confident that her knowledge will be helpful in addressing any muscular issues you are experiencing!
