Arthritis occurs commonly in the knees, hips, elbows, and fingers. The condition causes a lack of range of motion and pain in the affected area. Therapy is geared to restoring range of motion of the joint as well as client ‘homework’ so a person may treat themselves effectively at home.

There are other considerations for arthritis, especially if it is occurring on both sides of the body.
